Owning a piece of handmade jewelry is truly special. Unlike mass-produced jewelry which results in identical pieces, Cutter Metal Works pieces are one of a kind. Each item is hand crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail and reflects the skills and artistry of the individual making it which may result in slight variations. 

Cutter Metal Works ships via USPS and UPS. While we aim to have items made and shipped within days of receiving your order, all orders are handmade. Please allow for up to 2 weeks for items to be crafted before leaving our workshop.  Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via email. 

While we hope you are thrilled with your purchase, if for some reason you are not, Cutter Metal Works will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Please contact eric@cuttermetalworks.com to begin a return/exchange. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Cutter Metal Works does not pay for return shipping. Please return your item(s) with an insured courier and retain a receipt. Cutter Metal Works is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds and exchanges take approximately 1-4 weeks to process upon receipt of returned items.

Copper and brass jewelry are popular choices for their warm and distinctive tones. However, they require proper care to maintain their luster and beauty. To keep these pieces looking their best, it is important to avoid exposing them to the elements and any harsh chemicals. Even water, sweat, and perfume can impact the finish of your pieces. Avoid wearing your jewelry when using cleaning products. To clean them, use a soft polishing cloth. Avoid cleaning them with anything abrasive as this can damage the surface of the metal. With proper care, your copper and brass jewelry will maintain its beauty for years to come. Pieces with a patina (such as darkened) should be very gently wiped down with a soft cloth to prevent removing the special finish. When not being worn, copper and brass jewelry should be stored in a dry, cool place to prevent tarnishing.
